The terms governing your use of Discapedia.
Last updated: June 2026.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Discapedia (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. Discapedia is not affiliated with Discord Inc.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and have a Discord account. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
You represent that you own or have authority to manage any Discord server you list, and that your listing content is accurate and lawful. You grant Discapedia a non-exclusive license to display your listing content (name, description, icon, tags, invite) within the Service. We may rescan, hide, re-classify, or remove listings that violate policy.
Bumping is manual, free, and rate-limited (a 2-hour cooldown per server) and is available only through the Discord bot. Automating bumps, using self-bots or scripts, or rewarding/forcing members to bump is prohibited and may result in delisting.
Reviews must be honest and first-hand. One review per account per server. Incentivized reviews, review-bombing, and multiple-account reviews are prohibited and will be removed.
You agree not to use the Service to: post scams, phishing, malware, or token grabbers; distribute illegal content; harass, impersonate, or incite violence; post unmarked adult content; operate redirect-only or no-content listings; or attempt to manipulate rankings, reviews, or ad delivery. You agree to follow Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Ads are subject to approval and must carry the required "Sponsored" labeling. Prohibited content includes scams, malware, fake Nitro, misleading claims, unsafe financial promises, prohibited targeting, and landing-page mismatches. You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of your ads and their destinations. Ad spend is non-refundable except for fraud-adjusted clicks or amounts we credit at our discretion.
Paid features (ad credit, premium) are billed through our payment processor. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Prices may change with notice. Taxes may apply.
Programmatic access requires an API key and is subject to scopes and rate limits. Don't share keys, exceed rate limits, or use the API to circumvent platform rules (including the Discord-only bump restriction). We may revoke keys that are abused.
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Discapedia. You retain ownership of your content. Don't copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Certain provisions (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive termination.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't endorse or guarantee any listed community, and we're not responsible for the content or conduct of third-party servers, members, or advertisers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Discapedia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-product. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These guidelines are part of these Terms. Listings, reviews, and ads that break them may be hidden, re-classified, suspended, or removed.
Enforcement ladder. Approve → Approve with warning → Force NSFW (re-classify as 18+) → Needs changes (hide flagged fields) → Shadow-limit (reduced reach) → Suspend / delist. Every decision is logged with its evidence, the policy it cites, a confidence score, and the final action — so it's explainable. Every owner can appeal: an AI summary is prepared, then a human moderator reviews the full context.
